It has an unbeatable and exceptionally nice location just off main attractions, the beach, pedestrian area, shopping malls and restaurants. The units are reasonably large where children can sleep.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

All was clean and the staff was very friendly. The distance to the sea was absolutely okey.

No possibility to have included the breakfest.

Very nice place!! Great location, large rooms/apts. Near enough to the beach, 3-5 min. walk max. We had a great time. I really appreciate the help I got when my 2-year-old got sick. They arranged for a taxi for free (I didn't have cash on me and was too stressed to go and find a cash machine), and got a taxi for me. Eilat is awesome, and we loved the underwater observatory, the dolphin reef, and walking on the promenade. The kids had a great time (ages 2 and 6), and so did the adults.

The kitchen could have had a few more utensils.

Fine, new-fashioned rooms. Location so close to the malls, supermarkets and the beach, coral beach very close by and bus Station;)))

Very high priced - we stayed during the holiday (Passover) so we expected the price to be higher. Bed for the 3rd and 4th person was extremely uncomfortable.

Great price and great location. Very good space and comfy room.

Charge for the Internet

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. it's very well situated, better than many 5stars hotels, cosy, clean, with home and friendly atmosphere. our room on the first floor with the terrace was great,( we were given even better room than booked) we really liked to have coffee there and relax.

sometimes it was noisy at night, but the staff reacted promptly to our complaints.

The staff are extremely helpful and the pool is nice.

1. Deceptive advertising-the hotel on the beach was the one pictured on the web site. 2. The rooms look like a time warp from the 1950's

Very handy for everything and a nice pool.

Bearing in mind your customer charter talks about your aim to make customer service the most important criteria we were not impressed with the welcome we received after an 8 hour drive! We had to wait at least 10 mins to be acknowledged and then another twenty to begin check in even though we were first in the queue! No smiles and no allowance for the fact that we had never been to Eilat or the hotel before!

The fridge in our room was brand new, nice. Be aware that the cleanliness might not meet expectations.

i found the hotel to be low scale in amenities and all in all was not very satisfied with the hotel. i found the least amount of time spent there was the best.

the outdoor area had a lot of broken glass and to get any one to effectively clean it was like pulling teeth and when i voiced my concerns and complaint i felt like a child be scolded instead of a paying guest who should be treated with respect and understand the severity of the complaint. my son had to pull a piece of glass out of his heel and we could not have his son out on the terrace.
